"Undo" doesn't work for undoing linking

Description
I have created several nodes, then created a link between two of them. Then I didn't want this link anymore, so I hit "Undo". The link was still there. I hit "Undo" several more times, and instead of this link the nodes that were newly created, started to disappear.
