1. When printing a map, some links are not printed (see attachment).
2. While printing to a file (Microsoft Office Document Image Writer), an exception occurs when
step 1.) Print map to MODIW, save it as Map1.mdi
step 2.) Try to save another map with the same name Map1.mdi in the same folder (overwrite) - an exception appears.
