I see you're currently using "Make it clear!" but are you still open to new suggestions?
To me, "Make it clear!" doesn't say enough about what the program does. How about something like "Clear solutions!"? With this slogan, you could build on it, and say things like "Clear solutions for [whatever area you want to emphasize]."
I don't think it's meaningless, I think it's important!
Slogan holds both emotional charge and some information about the new brand. I think it'd be a good thing if we put an emphasis on "clear" - obviously we talk about understanding and sharing info.
